The Wellness Hour is a restorative one-hour wellness circuit designed to help your nervous system reset and heal from the inside out. Throughout the hour, you move through a series of stations using state-of-the-art therapy equipment, including red light, oxygen, salt, vibration, and massage.

As you move through each step, the experience flows seamlessly from one stage to the next, creating a calm, full-body experience from beginning to end. Each modality builds on the last, allowing the benefits to gently layer together.

HaloRed O2 Booth

Halo Red Therapy combines salt therapy, red light, and oxygen in a single, contact-free experience designed for ease and comfort. As the first step of The Wellness Hour, it sets the tone for relaxation and helps your body begin to slow down.

During the session, oxygen, red light, and salt therapy are combined in one calming, enclosed space, allowing you to fully relax while the experience unfolds in the background. Oxygen is gently delivered in a non-pressurized form, while salt particles and light are dispersed throughout the environment, creating a more immersive, full-body experience.

The oxygen system works by filtering out nitrogen from the surrounding air, allowing for a higher concentration of oxygen to be experienced in a comfortable, natural way. When combined with salt therapy, this helps create a more supportive breathing environment while enhancing the overall experience.

Within the salt-filled space, both the oxygen and light are naturally dispersed throughout the environment. As the salt particles circulate, they help carry and diffuse these elements, creating a more evenly distributed experience that gently surrounds the body.

Red light and near-infrared wavelengths are also dispersed throughout the space, reflecting and refracting within the salt-filled environment. Because of this, the experience is not dependent on proximity to a light source, your body is simply immersed in the environment from all angles. Variations in brightness are normal, as different wavelengths appear differently to the eye, but all are functioning as intended within the space.

The environment is designed to feel calm and comfortable, offering a simple way to step away from daily stress while engaging in a multi-modality wellness experience.

Hypervibe vibration therapy is the second step of The Wellness Hour. It is designed to gently activate the lymphatic system while continuing to support relaxation. Using calm vibration, this experience gently engages muscles, supports circulation, and encourages lymphatic flow in a simple and effortless way. During the session, you stand comfortably on the platform as rhythmic movement works throughout the body, supporting circulation, increasing overall balance and helping to regulate the nervous system. This step helps the nervous system to gently prepare for a deeper parasympathetic experience before transitioning into the final stage of relaxation.

Human Touch Massage Chair

The Super Novo 2.0 Massage Chair is the final step of The Wellness Hour, designed to bring the body into a deeper state of relaxation. This phase is where everything comes together. Through full-body massage, gentle compression, and guided positioning, the experience helps release built-up tension while supporting circulation and overall recovery. As you settle into the chair, the body is able to fully unwind, allowing the nervous system to slow down even further.

This final step helps integrate the entire experience, leaving you feeling calm, restored, and more balanced. This service can also be booked individually.
